I can accept the first point, but the 2nd seems to be pretty unethical (although I think everyone is aware of this point).

In relation to the first point, the consumer could avoid it by simply purchasing another voucher with their voucher, effectively extending the expiry date, but I dont think this practice is allowed by many?

Why a parcel posted from the Brisbane CBD on the 19th has only arrived here today.

They can't even do that either

Worst I've heard is 3 weeks to deliver a letter from Henley Beach to Blackwood :shock:

Three weeks later it came back to her via The UK postal service as "Undeliverable" in the UK.
