That's how I'm interpreting the letter you are quoting.
I'm interpreting that the letter writer is attempting to direct attention away from the nature of bikies by saying, "hey, why all the attention on bikies, when the majority of kiddie fiddlers are actually..."
May be an unfair interpretation, given you've only quoted some of the letter.

could be worse, my work is kind enough to give us a whole hour lunch on the 5th of dec for our xmas do, 1230- 130... Which half of it will be in our lunch break... dead set joke!!! Talk about being made to feel unappreciated! Not really surprised though

id rather that then what i used to get when i worked at another place, they actually gave us peanuts... not even making it up. i reckon the old man who owned the company had a sick sense of humor...
