Nice try, the coalition stated they were going to match the Gonski and NDIS commitments from Labor for example, that's the difference.

They can't blame Labor if they were stupid enough to box themselves in with unsustainable election commitments.

Yes, Labor were equally guilty, but they didn't win, did they.

Reneged on an election commitment, stupid us for not realising they were non-core promises.

It's not just Jay who's up in arms (yes, of course he would be, it suits him to be at odds with a coalition federal govt), but even the Vic, NSW and QLDs are pissed off.

Are all these Premiers making it up?

Abbotts is just as bad too. Speaks very slowly, like he is considering every single word out of his mouth. At least from my point of view it comes across as untrustworthy.

Hockey is clearly their best public speaker and from what I have heard he hasn't done too bad a job on that front (actual policies aside)

New right-wing extremist Liberal Democratic Party Senator David Leyonhjelm is hiring staff for when he enters the Senate on July 1st and wants to know in interviews if you're gay or have ever voted for the Greens

The senator-elect tweeted on Sunday: “Is approval of gay lifestyle necessary to support gay rights? Is reckless promiscuity a right? Tolerance doesn't require approval.”

Leyonhjelm did not respond to a request for comment. The senator-elect had previously defended his decision to question a job applicant about his sexuality. “**** that. I will ask whoever I want if they are gay,’’ he told Sydney’s Daily Telegraph.

“But we don’t have a problem with gay people. No, what I said was I couldn’t understand why gay people were so in favour of getting married.”

I don't agree with his asking about a persons sexuality or voting preference however finding out if someone is a knob before they are employed could save a lot of workplace angst and even reduce stress.
