For the record coaching he has us top in 2 leagues, and premiers in the other. 3 out of 4 ain't bad (coaching in Australia only).

OL must be bored or something :?

As Stated above he has us top in one competition (I refuse to acknowledge the BBL - bring back State cricket) and has seen us show glimpses of getting our shite together in the longer formats.

He has the State contracted players available for Grade cricket almost every time when the schedule permits. Some exciting players performing at National Championships and Grade Level (Travis Head and Kelvin Smith prime examples) now and are the Future of our Shield team in years to come.

I don't see the point in making Berry the scapegoat for issues that run much deeper than who is coaching them.
