Breaking bad is the equal best show ever made, with the wire.

If you think it's good now just wait, it is one show that I can honestly say gets better with every season, not too many shows can do that

that was a beauty!!! One of the best ending to a season ever... Not the dead part but just the way it was a massive "what the hell" moment!!!

walking dead spoilers
I did notice a glaring plot hole this episode, when michone cut the arms and jaws of the walkers again, so she could blend in with the herd again. i never quite understood why this makes her undetectable. and also, if this was all that is required for the walkers to stay away, why didnt rick and carl do the same thing, i mean surely michone has talked to them about it (or they may have even witnessed it at some point? They could have also lined the whole outer fence of the prison with walkers with their arms chopped off couldnt they? would that have solved the problem?

im glad they semi-addressed the other plot point about them staying in the prison even though the governor knew where they were

Agreed. The show could have ended with that episode. It wasn't as good after that series. The show finale was rubbish, not as horrendous at the Lost finale, but pretty disappointing.

Just started watching Walking Dead, and nearly finished Season 2, which I've found as exciting as watching grass grow. If it weren't for a good mate telling me season 3 is awesome, I would have packed it in by now.

I want to take a Taser to Rick badly - He'll still say whatever he's trying to say in the same timeframe (zzz), but at least it would be amusing watching him squirm in between sentences.

Season 1 was very good, Season 2 good but the show fell away badly in Season 3 and has declined further in Season 4.

I didn't mind that creepy French TV show that started on SBS2 last night Les Revenants (The Returned) it's got promise and has a Twin Peaks type feel about it also currently watching the Dracula TV series which has been a bit of a hit in the US over the summer.

Big problem with The Walking Dead is they keep killing off all the best characters.

Not surprisingly, they just so happen to all be bad guys.

Meanwhile the worst characters* keep on truckin'...

Glad someone mentioned House of Cards, shaping up to be a Breaking Bad-beater IMO. The start of season 2 is ridiculously good. Netflix released all 13 eps in one hit over the weekend so some serious binge action coming up this week. Walking Dead is still dreadful but for some reason I keep watching it. I recommend that BBC series In The Flesh as an interesting take on the zombie apocalypse
