The story line of this episode is totally ridiculous, and is the worst ever Simpsons ever.

Pretty much any Simpsons episode that centers around Lisa isnt going to be great. If its a story about her and Ive already seen it, ill change the channel.

I disagree. Lisa episodes normally involve Homer giving her heaps of sh*t. Always funny.
Like when she became a vegetarian.

I'd say that any episode post 2000 isn't overly funny. Rely too much on guest 'stars' and episodes involving new things like facebook or World of Warcraft rather than working on a decent storyline.

family guy overtook simpsons a number of years ago i reckon regarding quality. Don't get me wrong the simpsons are great but they are certainly not as good as they used to be...

Back in the day the Simpsons were pushing the boundary of what was usually happening in a cartoon. Then along came South Park pushing the boundaries to see what they can get away with. Now Family Guy and American Dad do that. There were some unexciting early eps of the Simpsons too as there are now

I still watch new Simpsons whenever they are on. Gave up on Southpark ages ago and am slowly getting tired of Family Guy (too much Peter not enough Stewie).
And yeah, the Lady Ga Ga episode was pretty bad.

Even the treehouse of horror that season was an all-time classic... No beer and No TV make Homer go something, something, something....CRAZY? Don't mind if I do!

the ones that didn't really tickle my fancy though, were probably the clip shows or the one where they sing everything. (except for the APU song at the end)
