they depreciated a lot of their old assets more heavily this year, effectively wrote them off, so that they would have a "fresh start" at adelaide oval and it would more accurately reflect how they are going there.

No in 1987 they breached the cap by over $1m which was a huge ammount in those days, reckon they got fined $50k.
Then in 1992 they were fined $50k for paying Greg Williams under the table, reckon Williams was also suspended for a few games
