Interested to hear tonight that one of the clubs had a player participate in the T20 last weekend who received a life ban from SAMCA events last season, I am guessing Riverside may be fairly keen to see how this plays out.

well does it mean that OTH get the win against Westies, and there is a play off played between OTH and Riverside?

No idea, I didn't catch too much of the info. In their defence, they covered the team you guys sent out fairly comfortably in the first game though.

Can only have been a new recruit to the club. Nobody who played last year received any sort of ban like that or I'd have known. If it was a new recruit, I presume SAMCA or the PDCA informed Westies and the club ignored such a message. Otherwise, play on.

If Westies do get stripped of the win, Riverside would certainly go through without a playoff. You lose the right to complain once the next game starts, fair or unfair.

yeah apparently had something to do with a full toss being bowled n the shot was caught on the boundary... umpire called not out because it was a no ball due to height. Few EP boys not happy with the call and protested and 3 players reported from what i heard

Johnny Ritzema 19 wickets in 2 and a half matches in Units B grade; (4/21&5/43, 5/14, 5/29). What does one man have to do to get an A grade game and replace Jason Hewitt as number 1 spinner?

It's Fenwicks hotplate, everyone else shares the skerricks that fall off.
