But if you were to ask who the top 3 in each of these things are overall

Batsmen(no particular order)

Parish
Burgess Ben
Hannum
King

Bowlers

B Montgomerie
B Woodards
J vanderleur

I guess the bloke who has won the last two bowling aggregates and currently leads this year might be unlucky ;) lol

Bats:

C. McLean - Genuine batsmen that can turn a game in no time. Anyone that can hit sixes effortlessly over cover gets a nod in my book
R. Hannun - Gun batsmen and have rated him a gun ever since I first played against him. Got a great eye and again can turn a game in no time
A. King - Stats speak for themselves, proven run scorer for a long time now and with 3 tons this year has to put him in the top three

Bowlers:

J. Vandy - When fit is certainly the most damaging with the ability to swing the ball both ways at pace
B. Montgomerie - Good pace and has a very good in-swinging yorker and able to bowl long spells
D. Doecke - Regardless of the fact that Nuri are in A1R he is still a very damaging bowler and will again be there next year when they come back up to A1
Get that corn outta my face!!

Not sloggers, but guys who I feel will give you a chance or two with the way they bat, I've only seen McLean twice and both times looked super impressive and both times I've made the comment that he looks like a class act but has given a couple of chances in these innings because of the nature of the way he plays, can hit sixes anywhere.

K Vivian is a game changer, often needs a bit of luck but can hit sixes at will and although frustrating at time rather him in my team than not.

Raed makes it to both my lists because he showed in the GF last year that he can play a sensible innings aswell, he has all the big shots but hardly played them in that game last year , but still played one of the best knocks I've seen at this level... Bit better than the one on Saturday against our poor A2s... :)

What chance of any play tomorrow?
Kapunda didnt look great tonight and looks like more rain on its way.
The two other games on turf are probably in the same condition and id imagine the stick down matting at the dog track would be soaked.
Any comments from Sandy or LP on how your decks are looking?

Yeah Sandy was looking really good on Thursday night but the rain was just too much today. A hell of a lot of standing water all around the oval so no chance of play for us. Stopped in at the dog track on the way home and the out field was fine but the actual pitch was an inch and a half under water

Our A2 game is off due to the groundsman at Moculta thinking the ground needed some more water this morning

Well done to the Freeling lads winning the country cup. Now facing hope valley, freeling made 112 in the final against Hope Valley. Have them 2/not many after 5.
