on the mark there easy tiga. Couple of big recruits for salisbury north. Going to be the difference between hawks finishing 3rd and 4th. But very big losses to salisbury north. Not good losing your best two players half way through the year.
I have heard Howden got offered an extra 350 to stay but wants to play in the big league

From somebody who is actually at Salisbury West let me just say. Wellington is defintely staying, not for one second was there thoughts of leaving. Just got dragged along with the gossip mill. Howden has not committed or made any decision to leave. Has not signed anything at all. As far as the "old man" not being happy, I am sure he will support whatever decision is made, as that is what all good parents do. Parenting comes before football days of our lives drama

No doubt, but when you take on a club that you've generally rivalled and adopt a very young, talented squad, you'd hope that your son would remain part of it.
I wish them both luck.

If he is getting paid at westies they should have made him sign a contract so he can't go any where. Also I would think he has a better chance to win a flag with westies then he would down the road, isn't that what we play for. If he wins a flag or gets the club to division 3 then I am sure the club would be happy for him to a crack at div 1 next year.

Is it just my phone, or is the sporting pulse website not as "up to date" as it usually is? That's the second round in a row I've had trouble seeing the scores. Usually they're all in by 5.30-6pm...?? :?

Quite remarkable in the different finishes in Yesterdays games at Webb Oval. Woodville South lead our B grade at 3/4 time by four points to run out winners by 46.. In the A grade, they lead by 22 points at 3/4 time to go down by 28. Good finish in the A grade for us and disappointing that our B's couldn't show a bit of ticker when things started getting hard.
