Here is my uneducated opinion of a conceptual ladder

1. Rosewater
2. Mawson Lakes
3. Fitzroy
4. West Croydon
5. Ingle Farm
6. Blackfriars
7. Lockleys
8. Central United
9. Angle Vale
10. Mitchell Park

If you disagree, I don't care! But you can all still buy me a bourbon when I come into your clubrooms after the game! ;)

I knew O'Gorman has retired. But not of Parish and Reidy. I think Reidy will still play B's or C's. You never know though, he may get a call up depending on how he feels and how the A's are going.

I'll have a crack I believe most peoples ladders will be about the same

1. Rosewater (Streets ahead of the rest they will try and deny but the numbers don't lie)

2. Mawson Lakes (recruited well to an already talented list) Will fight for 2nd spot with Fitzroy
3. Fitzroy (A Couple of big names Hargraves is getting on but still very handy Pearce is a big loss) As above

4.Blackfriars (This group to fight out the final 2 spots Blacks will be good again good core group)
5.Central United (Will be much better than what people think some very good kids coming through Garner and Hall a loss but could also be a blessing)
6.West Croydon (top few are very good but maybe depth an issue?)
7.Lockleys (Key outs the in's are unknown will always be ok)

8.I/F (The gap between 6 and 7 is the length of south road)
9.Angle Vale (As above)

10.Mitchell Park (nearly 30 outs from the club enough said)

I've retired. Doing guest appearances with Ian Henderson telling war stories of how good we used to be. Although Hendo has more Jumpers than an Oakbank trainer I just tag along with him

Ah Hendo. Is he still kicking on again at Mawson's or has he moved on? How do you think United will go this year?

3 or 4 posts above mate.

5th for mine. Some very good kids out there at the moment they have replaced Fuller in the Ruck also have a bloke returning to the A grade in the best condition his been in since winning a medal and a G/F who is a midfielder obviously Hall is a loss but someone will fill the void. Contrary to what Zedman thinks The Units are a very good side at home I wouldn't right them off at all.

Tough middle 4 teams fight for 2 finals spots (Blackfriars, WC, CU and Lockleys)

I think you guys will be around the middle somewhere. It all depends how well you guys can gel as a team and get consistent results. I think your home games are where you guys really step up. If you guys can win half of your away games and use your home game as "The Den". Then its really possible to cement yourself in the top 5. Attitude, little to no injuries and consistency will be the 3 important things to work on.
