I guess that is better than the "Cheap as Chips League" or even the "K-Mart League".

So the SANFLIGAL in short.

At least it is better than AFLSA.

League twice? What do they think the L stands for?
So we're a league league?
Surely the IGA SANFL makes more sense?

South Australian National Football League Independent Grocers Australia League.

Did the same people that brain stormed this design the Adelaide Airport Car drop-off/pick-up new system?

Just another forward-thinking strategic decision that will continue to raise the status and credibility of our league for many years to come. Keep 'em coming!

All but confirms the SANFL won't be on the ABC next year as they have a policy against naming commercial sponsors so IGA if they want to get any sort of value out of this sponsorship certainly know something we don't ;)

Doesn't make any difference, they've shown many sports that have sponsors with league naming rights, currently they televise the Westfield W-League.
But yeah the SANFL wont be on the ABC next year regardeless.

I know and women's sport is different as the ABC are required in their charter to show x amount of women's sport (hence broadcasting WNBL games over NBL) but what I meant was IGA would be expecting a certain amount of exposure for this something they know they wouldn't have gotten on the ABC.

I don't have any issue with a naming rights sponsor for the competition. But the name chosen is a little bizarre. As most have said on here The IGA SANFL would have made more sense.
