So any big plans?

I'll be avoiding the shops tomorrow, people go totally over board.

Have fun and be safe!

I've got nothing major planned.

We'll probably get on Skype with the In-Laws in the morning, followed by lunch with mum, one of my brothers, one of my sisters, her husband and their kids.

It beats last year though. Last year, we went to McDonalds for lunch and had pizza for dinner.

Heaps of food, ice cold beers, got dessert duties this year, so will be in the kitchen the moment I finish work today.

Bring on food Coma roughly around 3.30-4pm. Hopefully wake from this for one of he best days of the year, Boxing Day, bring on the left overs and backyard cricket and Australia send more Poms home.

Merry Xmas fellow Posters.

Cousins place for lunch with mums side of the family, followed by tea at the inlaws with my wife's family and my old man (separated parents).

Not one to enjoy christmas all that much (that will understandably change once I have children of my own)- but I'm not one to pass up a smorgasboard of food and a few cold ones.

Boxing day is my prefered day for obvious reasons :D

Stay safe everybody and enjoy the time with your loved ones.

Cheers.

Morning has traditionally been spent at my best mates place for the last 20 years - so every year I've seen her kids open presents from 0 - now.

SHe's joining the Army in March so it'll be our last one for a while.

Then I'll go pick my little brother up from the Airport and he'll be Nanna's Christmas surprise. She thinks he's not coming home for Christmas and she was quite sad about it so she'll be stoked! We have a small family, only 8 of us.

Be merry but more importantly, be safe this Christmas :D

My Christmas mornings have been different to most the last 4 years.

I actually head to Gawler River at 7am, and open presents with my daughter, her mother and her husband.
I love 'Food and Stuff'. It's where I buy all of my food. And most of my stuff.

off to the inlaws tonight for a traditional uruguayan asado (ask any south american about it, pronounced asatho. ..) then working night shift tonight.

home at 730 tomorrow morning for pressies with little miss NG (almost 3) and Mrs NG plus junior nugget (5mths). after pressies and breakfast I'll go to sleep for a while before getting up around 4 and then at 630 we have some folks from our church coming over for a feed and a relaxed night then back to work for night shift again...

will get everything done plus double time and a half pay, booya!

have a safe and merry Christmas everyone and remember the REAL reason for the season.

I'm going to the Sailmaster at North Haven tonight with my mates like the last few years. Tomorrow morning at home with my family doing presents then going to my cousins house for Christmas lunch. Then later tomorrow evening hopefully will just chill out at home with my girlfriend and family.

This guy has it automated: http://au.lifestyle.yahoo.com/food/inde ... k-on-food/
Turns out his own stomach was brewing booze thanks to a build up of a common yeast called Saccharomyces cerevisiae. When he ate or drank starch heavy food, the yeast in his stomach fermented the sugar into ethanol.
