Sounds good Reb. Happy to go around again. No change to email addy.

PS: Would be nice if we can dump anyone under say 45k to try and improve the league ranking?

Gidday Trader. I don't think I need to dump anyone. Players who normally register such a score have normally had enough. I would expect the bottom couple of teams to be no shows after they really didn't participate last year. However, in previous seasons both Pidge and Ingall have had very good years and as such they deserve the benefit of the doubt. So if they went around again I think you can expect to have a more competitive effort from them.

However, there could be another team that ranked well last year to have a 5hitter and that could effect the league rankings. Having the best players from the previous season doesn't necessarily mean that the league will gun it next year. For example, the HCL was beaten in the rankings by Hogg Premier last year when statistically that shouldn't have happened.

The league that aims for overall rankings is Hogg Elite League. The other leagues are all about working your way up to Premier.

Is there a prize associated with the number 1 ranked league in the country?

Gidday you blokes. I'm going to need a 'skipper' for this league in 2014. What the skipper needs to do is post match results, the league ranking and the total points scored for the season at the end of that round.

Some skippers do a bit more and write up a preview/review but if you don't want to do that no problem. I need all the numbers above so I can tabulate your win/loss career records in the Hogg and include this league in the league rankings thread. I need the total season score as that score will determine your ranking in the Hogg against coaches of other divisions. Remember that the top eighteen teams get invited to Hogg Elite next season.

Don't PM me, just post in this thread if you are keen to be the skipper of this league.

Update - Squids has made a typically low key entry into Division III after being promoted (undefeated :D ) from Hogg Division IV. Many thanks Squiddley for offering to be the league's skipper after you lot all ran in hid when I asked for a show of hands ha ha. Looking forward to having a peek at Squiddley's work this season.

Squids came in after Bazza1 and his lad retired from the Hogg after many seasons. Trader has also signed up and I think the Beechworth Couriers might be Pidge but I'm not too sure. Things are starting to happen at last in Divvy III.
