I love it when the Crows have a win every now & then, the local media pump up their tyres and the idiot supporters start making noises about September action..... makes it all the more entertaining when they crash & burn...... again!!!!

At least I wasn't alone in my opinion. Just saw this online.
The death penalty can never be excused as it allows a state a means by which it can pick and choose who is fit to live and who isnt

I love it when idiot supporters of other clubs hang shit on the crows when we lose while their side is going well & in contention for a flag. Can only be 1 winner & if its not their side that wins it means they have choked. Just from a quick look through this thread, I'm talking Hawthorn, Port, Sydney, Geelong, West Coast & North supporters. 5 of those teams will have failed as much as the crows.

No, that's not quite right.
If a team fails to qualify for finals then supporters of those teams that do, can and should, claim bragging rights.
The idea of a team "choking" is crap - they simply weren't good enough on that day. Crows were very lucky with both their premiership wins - North Melbourne kicked themselves out of contention in 1997 and St Kilda, well when did they last win anything? Aldinga might have beaten them that day. But neither of those sides actually choked - the Crows were better when they needed to be. If Port are top 4 at the end of this year and Crows miss the 8, I know who I'd prefer to be supporting.
I say no to drugs, but they don’t listen.

Ive edited your post for accuracy cracka- just dont want you getting disillusioned that the poor old crowies are getting picked on.

I'll speak on behalf of power fans, and yes, its a 2 team town, yes there is granted to be heated discussion....but here are some of the recycled beauties that i copped (and still do) from 2008-2012:

* GWS and GC losses (poor crows fans forgot that they lost to port 4 games old, and lost to a woeful fitzroy outfit in 1995)
* The good old tarps
* SANFL and AFL bailouts
* 119. Ol' mate 119- funnily enough I only hear that from crows fans now.....cats fans have won another 2 since then so I guess thats what happens when you can focus on other success...
* 2005 dream final.

Yep- we sledge back. Its nature of a 2 team state. But for christ sake, if crows fans think they are hard done by in the sledging department, as ol' mate Gazey would say... "turn it up!"

Doc larkins was reporting a small bleed in his groin, ie a corkie, and that he should play but is still in doubt. So he will definitely be named but still might not play.

Stoked that Andrew McLeod has been inducted into the hall of fame, a thoroughly deserved accolade for him. I will forever have the memory of him accepting his norm smiths with tears in his eyes. I wonder if he will ever get into coaching at an AFL level?
