Sando has said B crouch might have another week in the twos. So I reckon wright will come in instead of B crouch but other than that it looks about right

Hartigan didn't set the world on fire in the sanfl. Lost his footing every time he went near the ball

Id like to see Brent Reilly come back for his 200th and theres no way Martin should be dropped, I think he's been really good the past few weeks. Jaensch might miss with concussion maybe.

I was thinking who is going to drop out of the side when Lynch, Hendo, Crouch (B) Van Berlo all become available. Could get difficult at the selection table

Side could look like:
Otten Rutten Brown
Hendo Talia Laird
McKay Thompson Smith
Danger Jenkins Douglas
Betts Walker Lynch
Jacobs Sloane Crouch

VB Kerridge Cameron Wright
Get that corn outta my face!!

He's too slow

Martin only had 8 touches agaisnt freo playing at least 80percent gt

Not sure on Reilly, can't play in the same side as smith jeanschy brown and laird. Already got 4 smaller sized defenders who are all better than him.

Selection headaches are good tho

Reilly could come in for Martin, but jaensch is the one keeping radar out

Haven't rated any of martins games that highly. Just burns the ball too often, and doesn't get enough of it.

Im with you Benny, I havent rated Martin's games that highly either. I think he will be one of those kids who just when they were about to break out, got cut down with a knee and never reached his potential.

Crouch one and two have to come back in this week

I'm a Crows fan but what shits me is the club's refusal to bottom out and rebuild and always hanging on to older blokes too long.

Look at Port they bit the bullet and are now reaping the rewards while the Crows still try to emulate Richmond every year.

The club really needs to show Trigg the door.

Do you think we have been unsuccessful over the past 25 years? I think we have. Wouldn't have taken much more than a bit more luck to play in a couple of grand finals

Define successful? Two premierships in the club's existence, Brisbane won more than that in a 3 year period. I think the club kind of lost it's way in the Neil Craig years, near enough was good enough. Not even one GF appearance to show for the dominance of 2005-2006.

Are you saying Trigg is one of the older blokes? ;)

I agree with your first point about the Crows. Not sure that Port chose to bottom out, though. I reckon they were forced into the position they were in.

Sorry, to enter a Crows discussion. I rarely do but when you live in this town, you certainly form strong opinions on both clubs given their coverage.

I dont think its as much a need to bottom out as much the importance to develop the younger players. We have no doubt been hurt by the Tippet sanctions, we managed to sort of offset it with getting Brad Crouch but i think our real concern is the lack of development of some of the younger players who have been on the list now 3 years ie CYE

Same could be said for Port though Gozu, 1 flag to show for 2001-04. Essendon are the same- utterly dominated the competition between 99-01 and 1 Flag, North Melbourne made 7 consecutive preliminary finals between 93-99 for 3 GF appearances.

It takes luck to just make the GF, then you need to win the bastard....

The difference being all of those clubs won premierships in that period the Crows didn't even make a GF.

Hilarious reaction - whoever they support.

Rutten wasn't hanging on to him at all ;)
