hows it any different, we had SANFL and AFL listed players in our team last year. The only thing that has changed is that now we have more. Is there some rule were once you have x amount of AFL listed players you become a reserve side? Like I said earlier Jim you can't have your cake and eat it too.

haha, i'm just agreeing with you that the SANFL is a reserve's competition. But if you want call it a reserves competition then you have to take it back to when it allowed AFL reserve players to play, which is 1991. You make the choice is it or isn't it a reserves competition.

Ummmm I think people are saying its a reserve comp now because we have a reserves teams in the comp now.

The reason we have a reserves team is because two teams have its firsts in the AFL and it's reserves, left overs, spares, replacements in its second side.

How is the Crows SANFL side a reserves side but the Powers SANFL side is not

The only difference between now and last year, is we have more AFL listed players playing in our SANFL league team. Just like centrals last year had some of our reserves, left overs, spares, replacements. Everything Port has this year centrals had last year (obviously less players though) so if your going to call our team a reserves team you must call the SANFL league a reserves competition since 1991.

Look, full credit, you've worked really hard on trying to take a ludicrous notion and make it sound almost reasonable and logical.

But it's not. It's nutty.

There's a few of them at it too, maybe if we say slowly ...

The. Port. Magpies. Are. No. Longer. A. Club. But. Are. A. Reserve. Team.

..a few of the flat earthers might get it?

No but the club they used to play for ceased to exist.

You can keep denying it until eternity and many, many people here will continue to explain patiently, as if to an amiable halfwit, that the Magpies no longer exist.

Wow, that drivel deserves a thread of its own. About the only fact I can see in that is Port's phone number.
