test career
11 innings
503 runs
55.89 batting average

The reason he didn't play more Test cricket was the depth of Australian Batting
If he started his career now
He would be batting In Shane Watson's spot, prob playing 50 + tests with an average of 45-50

I think the reason might be something to do with a selectors daughter. But I wasn't there so it's only a theory based on here say and rumour

One thing I dont understand is that the bowler must inform the ump if he is changing to around the wicket, the fielders cant move while the bowlers are on the way in yet a batter is allowed to switch hit or reverse sweep why hasnt this been outlawed?

6/195
Not outs
The George 49*[20]
One of the best short form batters Australia has ever produced
Just a pity he is ordinary at Test Level
Wade 19*[10]
no critics with this knock

Cutting 29 off 16 balls wow
And to think Sarburg batted in front of him for B Heat in a game this year

Cousin Brad 7 [7]
Welcome back , playing for his country
Just great to see him in action

Normally it's the selectors who screw over players.

I'm glad his dynamic batting made you shut up and look the fool. I'm sure you will come up with some BS justification for your absurd statement but quite simply your negative posting about an Australian Captain is not only wrong it's Un-Australian. You don't have to like the guy but he is a talented short form player and hopefully given time will get another chance at Test level where he has never played in a losing team.

Is that Nicholas and Bumble and their POM barracking you going on about. Never listened to Hussain on Skysports during the winter??

Doesn't make it right but don't whinge about stuff that all home broadcasters do. it is why Ian Chappell is the best commentator as he makes comments without fear or favour to either side.

Mind you neither the Channel 9 or the Skysports teams have a patch on Sunny G and the rest of the Star Sports/BCCI commentary team

The reverse sweep is OK IMO as the hands stay in the same place on the handle. Soon as the hands are switched though (effective changing if they are RH or LH) the same rules should apply to the batsmen as they do the bowler.
