Just saw the highlights. Sammy getting the job done is disappointing as he is no world beater. Chris Gayles carry on was juvenile and not in the spirit of the game but I loved Boof brushing it aside.

Fox sports said we could still go through to the next round but surely that can't be right?

Not a single post about last nights game as yet, i guess this proves those that hate T20 are onto something and those that do like it are the biggest front runners of any supporters in this country in any sport.

Yep. Agreed

Having said that, I didn't think the squad was that bad, they just under performed massively.

Like the games, fans of this concept will swing and miss and be gone before you know it.

Add in the biggest non-event of all time with the Windies going Gangnam after a game, even the players know this shit is exactly that, shit.

It was on between 12 and 3.30am and Modays are hard enough without starting them depressed from another shit performance. As soon as I knew India were batting I pulled stumps.

Having said that I will admit the Big Bash was better run and a more even competition than the Bangladesh World Cup. Maybe give the World Cup to a country that will fill stadiums and create some interest and FFS drop the minnows out of it.

It's a club game, not an international game. Leave it to BBL, IPL, Champions league etc.
