On Wednesday I was at lunch with several Magpies fans who were saying how great the environment and cheap food at Clare was for the Power and Crows reserves match, and how good playing in a country town was for football and the SANFL.

So, I suggested the best bet would be for the two reserves teams to promote football by playing each other every week in a different country town!

lol.

I think half the teams should go to the country every year. That would make 5 games a year including the crows game.

Stan, can you please stop derailing the topic on this thread...really! I don't see what your take on geography has to do with what's being discussed.

I said, Columbus, I was responding to a valid point made by No Mercy. It had nothing directly to do with AFL reserves, I only made a comment concerning how Magpie supporters like him have been sold out by the PAFC.
BIG DEAL! If you feel so empowered to police everything that you deem to be slightly off topic then you're going to lead a miserable life, so, again, go get stuffed.

Summerton? Probably eligible if not an an AFL list.

Play them anyhow. The league has been completely compromised, what will this hurt?

Could we have the smallest ever crowd totals this round, so far

Elizabeth- 1774
Richmond- 1750
Noarlunga- 1934
Woodville (couldn't have been any more than 2000 looking on tv)
Alberton- 2639

No Crows on this weekend, perfect weather today, good weather Saturday only round 6 so most teams seasons still alive

RIP SANFL
