P.G we took a mate down to kilburn who had never played football we watched him train with there group and we counted 15 players trainning now our mate who is crap at football decided he didnt want to play cause some of the people out there just as bad as him

They can't make Kilburn go anywhere.

They can after their reserves forfeit another game
"25.7 The League may in its absolute discretion impose a fine, suspend or withdraw from the competition, a team or the Member Club which forfeits three matches or more during any one season and deem such Member Club to be ineligible for any refund of any fees or subscriptions, either paid or due to be paid to The League."

I'm sick of the constant reference to players not being paid that's why they left, no one that left was owed money!

FFS if you were owed money would you leave? No you would wait until you were paid

Ok another question.. if Kilburn went under or moved to C grades, and players left to another club having played first two rounds in Div 3.. would they be worth points?

I doubt both your claim and I particularly doubt your logic.

Why would I stay and play another season at somewhere I was owed money?

Sorry what I meant was why would you leave if you were owed money until you had been paid? I am not questioning the moving on after receiving the money owed, that's totally understandable.. but a lot of these players had already expressed they were moving on early after last season.. they had been paid their money.

A lot of players also moved on once they realised how difficult Kilburn were struggling eg Parks, Fox, Graham etc

Ditto..

End of the day, it was a culmination of reasons that led to the position they are in, money - or not paying players - is not the single one reason which seems to be indicated in that article.

If you haven't been paid and it's 4 months after that money was originally due why would you hang around expecting to get paid the money you were owed? Particularly when you were forsaking the opportunity to earn an income at a different club (which you would hope would pay you) the next season?

Does this include 18's as well? 200 isnt a large number, especially over 66 clubs, thats an average of 3 new players to each club.. throw in clubs like Modbury who have extended to a 5th team and if they include 18's (Smithfield & Ingle Farm) suddenly over 66 clubs that is bugger all new players..

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't that indicate that the biggest Football League in Australia is still growing? From that perspective it's pretty impressive.
