How about if a team's AFL reserves status relates directly to the match or the result thereof?Dutchy wrote:Any posts from now on that do not relate directly to the match will be considered off topic and deleted.

From memory the crows topup players get $100 a game.
How does it work for port?

How Port were ever let in under different conditions astounds me. It is completely unfair. On top of this on any given day Port or Crows could have a player running around on a salary that is higher than the entire SANFL team they are playing.

I believe they've done a deal with Summerton that sees him get paid big bucks when he turns 28 and can become the leadership player.
So along with Summerton they have Butcher, Krakouer, Raikiwasa and Slattery that have had AFL or SANFL experience on their top up list. From the team that was named last week they only had 2 players that haven't played SANFL before both over the age of 22. I could probably add Haren to that list as he only played one game last year.
Slattery is their leadership player and also has a job with the Power.
