Know some Westies folk not all too pleased with the appointment of Rubbers...

Disappointing start for them and now their backs are really against the wall at 0-4, possibly 0-5 this time next week?

Big call to suggest a team has imploded when they aren't exactly getting blown away. I can't comment on their round 1 game as I do not know how that played out, but certainly in rounds 2 and 3, it was more of a case of letting close games slip. Round 3 in particular must have hurt as if I remember correctly they led for the majority of that game. Even yesterday they were within 9 points of Port at half time. Their good has certainly still been good enough to match it with their opponents, but they are going missing in key periods of games. Inevitably pressure would be building on everyone involved with each loss though!

Not a troll, but maybe SANFL teams are doing what Geelong started doing in 2007 in the AFL and finding a way to play attacking football through defensive orientated crap?
The SANFL seems to always be about 7 years behind the AFL when it comes to executing tactics.

IIRC Rubbers record in his first season at Glenelg was something like 1-5 before the team hit its straps. Give him time...

I think it's because Port and Adelaide now have all their players in their own SANFL sides. I knew this would happen.

Have Westies recognised season 2014 is gone and instead decided to prioritise the foxtel cup?

I noticed they have changed this week's game time v Centrals.

Are you taking the piss, Panther Pack???
Don't think South supporters should be having a go at other teams, were you even alive when South made their last Grand Final???
Maybe pull back and see if your club can
1.Make the Finals and
2. Actually win one.......

Just asking the question mate didn't expect west to be 0-4.

Also never seen South in a grand final however I've seen my fair share of implosions at South and if it looks like an implosion and smells like an implosion then its an implosion!!!! (Glenelg supporters would also be able to recognise a good implosion when they see one) ;)

You are a naughty boy Pink Panther, scoring points off both West and Glenelg in the same post.

I was going to say I hope it doesn't come back to bite you in the arse, but to hell with it. You've been a long time in the waiting, go for it and enjoy the moment :D
Personally, I think it's great to see Southies having a gloat for a change. Everyone's 2nd fav club and one with integrity to boot.

we had actually beaten the grand finalists of the previous year, eagles by 35pts followed by a 95pt drubbing of the dogs in rounds 2 and 3, this was 2006, you are thinking of '07 where we started off with 1 win from 7 starts
