Round 7 - live scores , results & what's gone down.

Postby Spargo » Fri May 02, 2014 9:31 am

Fri 2/5
Carlton v Collingwood MCG (n)

Sat 3/5
Hawthorn v St.Kilda MCG
GWS v Port Adelaide SO
Adelaide v Melbourne AO (t)
Essendon v Western Bulldogs ES (n)
Brisbane v Sydney G (n)

Sun 4/5
North Melbourne v Gold Coast ES
Geelong v Richmond MCG
West Coast v Fremantle PS (t)

Pretty much a third of the way through the season already.
Some tricky games to pick with a lot of teams' seasons at the crossroads (Carlton, Richmond, Essendon & the Bulldogs come to mind).

I'll have Coll, Haw, Port, Adel, Ess, Syd, North, Geel, Freo.

Only one match where the favourite is paying more than $1.30 with the bookies (Freo v WCE) suggests it may not be the most inspiring round. That WA clash would be toughest to pick of the round.

Chance of a few upsets, but I'll be picking the favs in all matches.

It's a pretty easy round tipping wise but as we all know there could easily be an upset. The bullies and west coast would be the most likely upsets imo

I can see the Suns giving us a real run for our money too.

Depending on what North side rocks up, I think the Suns are a big sniff in this clash!

GAblett
O'Meara
Swallow
Prestia

That's a classy midfield, then throw in the likes of Rischitello, Thomson, Harbrow, Bennell, Dixon... mmm delicious 8) might load up on the Suns 1-19 @ 6.60 :D

There will be upsets guaranteed! Just hope that one of them doesn't happen out at the local canberran sandpit on saturday.

Collingwood
Hawthorn
Port
Adelaide
Western Bulldogs
Sydney
North Melbourne
Geelong
Fremantle

Surprised you guys didnt get young Ambrose back in your side. He gave you plenty up forward before the quad problem.

As to you not been much chop, I think you'll take care of yhe dogs.

I can't stand when the commentators try to back up really shit umpiring decisions, because the AFL said.

Geez, Henderson could have had about three free kicks in Frost and then the ump pays a soft one out of the ruck to the Pies.
