Report just in that HH3 broke his collarbone into 3 pieces yesterday at footy and looks like he might be having surgery.

If you get around to reading this mate..I hope everything goes well and you're up and about soon!

That was one of the biggest hits I've seen in footy. Both players attacked the footy from opposing sides. HH3 showed great courage as per normal and was pretty devastated afterward... only because he was going to miss games.

That sort of spirit and dedication to the cause will only make the club stronger as it goes forward.

Best of luck HH3, we'll see you on the track supporting your mates again soon.

Edit - I should add, no 16 from CBCOC, who I think was the opposing player came over to HH3 as he was lying on the ground inquiring about his welfare. That's suburban footy for you.

Poor bugger.

From the limited contact I've had with him on here, HH3 seems like a pretty top bloke, so I wish him all the best in his recovery.

I hope his work life isn't too affected by this news...

Yep shocking incident for HH3, I hope the best with his recovery. He's the most courageous player at our club, theres not much of him but no one attacks the footy harder than him.

Breaking a bone in three places sounds sickening. Hope you're going to be alright bud.

He's in surgery about now so I'm told. DK, Lippo is trying to organise some boys to go into the RAH later today, if you can, I'm sure he'd appreciate it.

I can't get there today, but might drop by tomorrow assuming he's still there.

Out of surgery feeling a million bucks. Pencil me in for next week, coach!

Was chatting to the surgeon before the op. He played for Adelaide Lutheran. My response, by force of habit was "**** I hate Adelaide Lutheran"....

His response was "i hate North Haven too!" then "ill look after ya" and we both laughed...mine was more of a nervous laugh, his was an evil one.

But he was awesome, as was the whole team in there, making me laugh as I drifted off.

Now just smashing a chicken kiev before some more sleep :)

Thanks for the kind wishes.

Peace! (drops the mic)

Laughter is indeed the best medicine, isn't it? Actually no, medicine is the best medicine...
