Final score in the battle for top spot:

South 10.2
Power Reserves 18.14

32 shots to 12.
57 inside 50s to 34.
12 goals to 5 after the long break.
The pros annihilate the amateurs.

Only real positives from a South point of view was 3 goals to Rolfey and some of Brooksby's work in ruck.
SAFC- 60 years...
StKFC- 58 years..

Really cant see anyone getting close to the Power Reserves in this comp. Just strengthens what most of us thought at the start of the year

The rest of the comp will just have to prey they get a 3-4 injuries to the Power listed players then the real depth will show from their top up players.
Any team that has 14-15 AFL listed players in their team is going to dominate.

North did the right thing in the trial game.
Think the other clubs have to start playing dirty. If Port lose 3-4 players they will come back to the pack

Well, apart from making knee-jerk, reactionary comments, perhaps make a decent suggestion yourself, other than just a throw away line of 'Laird Out'...

Doggies fans have had it too good for a long time now and do not handle coming back to the pack too well. Be grateful for what the club has done in the last decade and appreciate that all good runs come to an end and rebuilding is a process that will eventually have to be faced...

Who would you bring in? Regardless of how the rest of the season pans out, Laird will see out 2014, IMO. Whether he is there in 2015 remains to be seen...
