Someone is going to be in the shit for that......

a WAFL club tried something similar v East Perth last year when they put up West Coast on the scoreboard. EP's president went nuts!

I don't see it as taking the piss @ all.
Just enhancing the traditional 'wharfie' roots of the 2 err 1 err 2 or is it 1 Club(s). 8)
Looks like a Buoy floating on water (the colour of the Port River after ICI have emptied there waste products) with a Magpie - seems OK to me. ;)

Perhaps they could adopt this logo next year, modified with a fist stabbing a lightning bolt through the heart of the Magpie?

1870 or 1997 ... Rebuild Adelaide Oval then continue to complain about the 'stadium deal' - "Bit Rich"
