The way Judd handled his desire to move back to Vic was how all players should act.

Beams' and Griffen's petulance is amateurish.

Picks 3 & 20 + Kennedy

That's how you do a deal

Does anyone else reckon Lewis Johnston would be a good fit for port? They already have a stay at home tall and roaming tall in shulz and westhoff, probably fits in better to their dynamic. We can't field him and Jenkins, and walker and lynch are more versatile. Possible trade for tom Clurey?

Haha it wasn't that easy at the time especially when Carlton were adamant we were getting Bowyer and 20 and that was a decent deal, or when they said 3 & 20 and we will not budge.

If this Trade week wasn't for 2 weeks we would see the Brisbane Collingwood thing move along a bit quicker

I wouldn't mind Johnston at Port for depth, but no way would it be a direct swap for Clurey.

Well thats pretty much what they paid for him.

Doubt Melbourne would use picks 61 or 79 considering they have 3 inside 30 and 2 inaide the top 5.

Only reason I can see for this trade is for Melbourne to get him at the club immediately and into preseason from Day 1, otherwise he simply goes to them via the PSD for nothing which means he oesnt get to Melbourne until December.
