Hazard a guess, maybe only 10-15% of top ten draft picks would. He is still a young lad with better football to come.

Right decision too. Was never destined for game time at Adelaide- they are perhaps more suited to Lowden/Gorringe.

Hopefully if Essendon/Gws get the Giles deal done, it may help the Ryder deal...

Haha- its all about game time.

Plus he'd much rather play for Sturt, than Adelaide's reserves

why would he come to adelaide?

Jacobs will start ruck and jenkins will provide support as long walker and pods are playing permanent fwd.

Would just come in an play the Graham role unless there is an injury.

Will get games at Essendon

Apparently Ablett wants out of Geelong. Gold Coast are front runners at this stage. Be interesting to see how that pans out....

"Huge coup for Port Adelaide as Michael Voss commits as 'midfield manager'. Voss replaces recently appointed Adelaide coach Phil Walsh."

Wonder if that has anything to do with the contacts during "The Recruit"?

Here is a brief overview of what each club will part with and welcome.

COLLINGWOOD

IN: Pick 5, 25 (which will be on-traded to North Melbourne), Jack Crisp, Travis Varcoe, Levi Greenwood
OUT: Dayne Beams, Heritier Lumumba, Pick 25

BRISBANE:
IN: Dayne Beams
OUT: Picks 5, 25, Jack Crisp

NORTH MELBOURNE:
IN: Pick 25
OUT: Levi Greenwood

MELBOURNE:

GEELONG:

Subject to change (draft pick).

Who wins this monstrosity of a trade?

If I had the option to battle Bellchambers for 1st ruck and prob. play most games as 2nd ruck OR battle Jacobs for 1st ruck or Jenkins for 2nd ruck/forward role, gee I wonder which one I would pick...
