Of course i expected a call from them, trying to retain.

Ended up getting Essentials, Sport, Entertainment, Movies, and one HD box for $32 a month.
Almost offers value for money.

On my black list, if Foxtel.

Full package, IQ included for over 8 years. Moved to our new house, re-connected, a year later called to cancel.

"Thanks for that, we'll pick the box up in the next 4-7 business days".

Not a cracker, no attempt at retaining my business, nothing.

Get a grip, this the whitelist thread mate, or can't you tell the difference between black and white?

No. It's a colour that only looks good on ducks where it is a fair bit more Green than the Aqua a certain footy team calls Teal.

Yep, been continuosly with them since the Austar days and they have looked after me amazingly well. When I moved into my current location they came within 1 day to install and they have usually called atleast twice a year to see how my subscription is going. As of 12 months ago ive had IQ2 multi room with all channels including HD for under $100 a month

Just checked my last bill and its $114 per month
IQ2 platinum + HD in lounge room, standard IQ in bedroom.
Originally when I first moved in about 3 years ago I had standard IQ in lounge only, about 6 months later they offered me platinum + HD for a trail of $99, when the trial period finished it went up to about $130, rang them back and said I couldnt afford it and would like to drop the HD and some other channels, next day get a phone call and was told that I was a valued customer and had been with them since day 1 would I consider staying on the $99 package which I agreed to. Then about 12 months ago there was an offer for free multi room for 6 months which I took on, that has now reverted to $15 a month extra.
Ive added Setanta for $19 a month but thats a seperate bill

It all depends on who answers the phone at Foxtel & what sort of mood they're in.

I bought some Oriental Lilies for my wife for her birthday yesterday. I went to Petal Parlor at Ingle Farm, and I would GLADLY go back there.

The service was fantastic, as are the prices.
