I'm pretty annoyed with this new concept, the 50 over matches are probably my favourite at domestic level, I took my kids to all of the home matches the season before last and it was a good buzz without being over-crowded.
We were able to play cricket up on the hill with some others and the games are entertaining, 50 over matches are the most tactical out of the 3 concepts in my opinion, I hope they revert back to the former format next season.

MATADOR CUP
Well named
A lot off bull

That some sides have not played a home game the last 2 seasons is not right

Over 0.2: Putland to Dunk, OUT, no run, struck on the pad right in front of the stumps and he's on his way! That looked to be very adjacent as Umpire Ward had the finger up right away. Great start for the Redbacks after winning the toss.

Big Day for the Redbacks and possibly the turning point of our season. If this rain doesn't go away we are going to lock in our first points of the year ;)
