But they also didn't front up trying to defend jaensch as being such a good bloke, and he isn't captain, and he wasn't about to play on the eve of a finals series, and he didn't just have a coaches son die due to drink driving.

I think it is those other circumstances that makes their defence of hodge a little perplexing, not the pure action itself, which was on the minor side of things.

The fact you have changed your club to Goodwood Saints just confirms what we already knew, you are a pathetic nobody that isn't worth wasting time over. The idea that the club you could actually have an impact on can be changed so easily proves you are in fact just a troll pure and simple, end of story. More precisely exactly what I have said all along just a bandwagon poster child but the worst kind. You don't change season to season but day to day.

Hawthorn are an awesome football team and football club. A lot of us on here have the utmost respect for them and have known, played with or coached players on their list. The fact you are on here is the reason why people don't interact on this thread. You just write utter shit that is straight out embarrassing and it was fun at times but most people get sick of it. Ready made replacements in Ceglar & Spangher. As in previous years one or two retire or move on, and another soldiers steps up and dare I say it - "plays their role".... I think Ceglar can be as good as Hale.... he is already better than Hale when the ball is below his knees. If he learns to float forward & pluck a mark & kick a goal or two he is there. The big blokes always take that bit longer to mature in a footy sense. Spang will be just fine!

Fair Call - I know McEvoy was playing real good footy at Box Hill before coming back into the Hawthorn side. I don't know that Ceglar was quite in that form. I don't mind what I have seen of him, in the games he has played. McEvoy is a handy unit tho, no star by any means, but I reckon he at least nullified both Sandilands & Nic Nat in the past 2 games. That's a fair effort.
