Listening to it on the way to work made for a very nervous drive in the last 10 minutes. We could've gone 3-0 up a couple of times and finished the game off. After that goal from Toure it seemed to be all Man C but they just couldn't find the 2nd goal to steal the draw.

Very happy to go into Christmas in 2nd place and 2 pts behind Leicester

I agree with Arsene Wenger with his view that the speculation over Louis Van Gaal's future is 'disrespectful'.

A man of LVG's track record deserves much better and I don't blame him for walking out of that press conference.

Be interested to know who has stayed in there since that day with out relegation? I know def Arsenal and Villa haven't been down since then. Liverpool? Can't remember when Man Utd were relegated and not sure on Chelsea.

Why not show results from 1969? Or 1974? Or 1987?
I fail to see any relevance in results 52 years ago.
Nostalgic maybe, but it would mean SFA to current players, managers & the majority of supporters.

United spent a season in the mid 70's in the Second Division.

Why? probably because those years didn't produce 81 goals. where did it mention that it had any relevance to the modem day players? It's a pretty remarkable round of football and one we'd probably never see again.

My maths ain't that great but I count 71 goals including Arsenal's 4-1 win not 81....
And the reason I questioned it's relevance was that it is posted in the EPL Season 2015/2016 thread.
