Interesting that there seem to be far more "one off" matches this year. We had one on Saturday and it's a bit of a strange feeling to be done at 2:10 without a game on afterwards. Still worth it to play at home though!

I knew we would be at North Haven, their A grade being top were always going to get both games. Hope Valley getting a home game is stupid (should be 12.15 at Eastern Park in my opinion). If it stays the same then teams that finished 2nd 3rd and 4th will have had a home game but not the team that finished 1st.

right, so it's ok for Kenilworth ressies not to have to go all the way to EP last week and get a home game but god forbid Hope Valley gets the same treatment as Kenilworth?

Hypocrite much? :?

Fine, we'll just say no thanks to the offer and make you lot travel an hour and a half to play one game of footy if you're going to jump up and down about it

If these stand alone B grade games are allowed now, maybe Houghton should apply for there B grade to play at home and not give Uni a home game after finishing lower than Houghton and a triple header as well.

No can do I reckon. Can't split the two Uni teams up.

Those stand-alone finals are granted because it doesn't split any clubs up where they wouldn't already be.

Really?

Houghton are playing Uni, why in Gods good name do you think that Houghton would get a stand alone final against the side who finished higher than you?

I swear you lot overdosed on dumb pills this morning.

Salisbury playing North Haven whose A grade finished top so get priority, that's why Salisbury B grade are playing at North Haven

Hope Valley and Kenilworth don’t have any other teams. That's why Kenilworth and WOS were allowed to play at Panther Park.

Anyone else got any other good stories they wish to share?

We finished higher in both grades.

However, it makes no sense to split the University teams.

I blame St Paul's B-grade. If they hadn't lost, we could have hosted the D7R final this week.

So if there are 6 games at Park 10 and Uni oval, where do Adelaide Uni C1 play Henley which was scheduled for 2.15 on Park 10?
