2015 Matador BBQ's One-Day Cup

The 2015 Matador One-Day Cup starts on Monday the 5th October and all but the CA XI squad have been named. The tournament is again based in Sydney and will be televised on Gem but not all matches. The Elimination Final will be played on the 23rd Oct and the Final on the 25th Oct.

Redbacks schedule:

Mon 5th Oct vs Western Australia at Hurstville Oval

Thurs 8th Oct vs New South Wales at North Sydney Oval (Gem)

Sun 11th Oct vs Queensland at North Sydney Oval (Gem)

Wed 14th Oct vs Tasmania at Blacktown Olympic Park Oval (Gem)

Fri 16th Oct vs Victoria at Bankstown Oval (D/N)

Wed 21st Oct vs Cricket Australia XI at Drummoyne Oval (Gem)

Squads:

The only squad that needs to be released now is the one that doesn't deserve to be there......CA development XI

Need to pick the left overs that didn't get a gig for their own state.

Seems to be very little if any movement between states this off season

Because everyone is a chance of getting a gig for the Aussies if they perform well. No need to move to expand opportunities.

Notice Wells from Tassie in the WA team which is interesting, and previously mentioned Doran from NSW paying for Tassie, they seem to be only moves.

jeez i thought the opposite. our squad looks even worse than normal imo. Will have to rely a lot on the young kids coming through, which hopefully works well, but given the redbacks history i dont see it happening

Our bowling attack looks promising if they all stay fit, a good all-rounder wouldn't go astray though.

What happened to Alister McDermott from QLD? He was hyped up a bit a year or two ago.
