The interchange bench are the top four ranked sides, three from Division II and Darksiders who did not have an allocated Hogg league last season. This would be as high as Darksiders could be promoted if they sign up in time this year. These teams would be the teams that would fill Division I spots in the event of any Div I teams dropping out.
