Time he took the blame, players are clearly not playing for him anymore. It happens when you show blind faith in the same guys every week and they dont feel the heat for their spots in the team and on the other side of the coin perhaps the guys in the reserves dont feel they get opportunities when they deserve it.

Has to take sole responsibility for recruiting Dixon, clearly doesnt fit in with the rest of the group or fits in too well and is a bad influence.

I'll cop criticism of Hinkley with no issues at all. This is deloprable.

What you know about Dixons career 4 games in is as much as the test of us, very little and you can't make that call.
