The Adelaide side is very similar to the one we played in a trial game which we won, just. Adelaide capped its rotations that day but we did not.

Our side is up for the challenge. One of our weakness's over the years has been the game after the bye. Gotchy would have planned for this. We can do it.

Panthers by 64 points.

It's what gave us the window to reach the finals, IIRC.

We lost by 14 points. We were struggling with injuries. This was the game that was postponed due to the death of PHIL Walsh.

The earlier season game was also postponed by a day due to the lights. We won that by 14 points.

Milera back to the SANFL although named as a Crows emergency. He was good last year but has improved and will be a massive danger.

South were super impressive against Centrals. I have never seen a South team so committed and free running and they deserved their win. Really hoping they can get over the Adelaide reserves.

Go Souths

Would expect Veide to run with Crouch.

Doubt the 21 will change for South, very settled at the moment and those guys deserve to keep their spots.

Ravens enjoy the wide expanses of Noarlunga.

1200 to 'officially' attend (including the undercover security men)

I'm expecting the Ravens to win by between 3-6 goals. If Crouch wasn't playing I'd suggest a narrow victory either side. I reckon Crouch is worth 4 goals extra to the Ravens when playing against a quality outfit.
I'm gonna sit back, crack the top off a Pale Ale, and watch the Double Blues prevail

Reckon we are half a chance watched the bays v the crows reserves last week and bays were in it for 3 and a half quarters so reckon we can do the same.

Not sure Keath and Doedee will be able to contain Eddy, Overall and Haren!!!!

More later: Might be a bit more subjective

South rated the three best as Barnes, Eddy and Cailotto.

They are a very big unit, height and size. Those two ruckman are hard to beat, they just don't get any smaller.

Crouch and Milera good for the crows but I thought Henderson was their best. Ran his guts out. Carey not good enough for his place in the state squad and the fact that he will be recorded as an SANFL captain is an insult to our competition.

To have ended up with 12 free kicks more does not do any justice to the game. We were not rewarded for the best tackling effort in the first three quarters. That effort was finally rewarded in the last quarter. The crows gave away about 10 over the shoulder tackles. Their fitness stopped us finding free players going forward which saw them have a very handy lead.

Yada Yada Yada, Daniel Bass for PM we won by a point.
