Don't get me wrong, as a West supporter I know Hartlett can be undisciplined at times (he has improved) but what would he have to say to an umpire for a free kick to be paid in the goal square following a goal? If it's that bad then surely he would be reported as well? Bit over zealous by the umpire maybe?
