Now there's an option for Port, one I'd be wiling to take on a base wage + match bonus.

Booney please. I know you, I know you know the game. Why say things like this? We already have a couple of 'list cloggers' head lined by Toumpas and now you want Dempsay. No. Please tell me you were drunk or stoned when posting this?

I seriously hope you were both, Barlow yes, Dempsay NO!

Personally, I'd be very unhappy if Port touched either of them- Dempsey seems like a downhill skier and the speed of the game has rendered Barlow redundant IMO. Ross Lyon is no mug, if Barlow was still OK, he would still be in purple.
If you don’t like my words, don’t listen. If you don’t like my appearance, don’t look. If you don’t like my actions, turn your head; It’s as simple as that.

Paddy isn't a downhill skier, just a sook when he doesn't get to play in the position he wants

Plenty of times. As much as I can't stand the prick he busted his gut even when we were getting towelled up in games. Unfortunately when he got the sooks on he would go missing

I'll take that back, actually, I thought Dempsey was taller than what he actually is. He's 185, I thought he was more 190-192. I would have taken him on the rookie list for minimal loss or risk for one year. We're about to bring in at least 5 kids through the draft and we'll have at least 2 rookie spots up for grabs, we need someone capable of taking a mark forward of centre as a back up option on the list. I thought he'd be a mid/tall option, but he's not as tall as expected. We need to rookie list a player who has had time in the senior side somewhere who can come straight in off the rookie list if need be. I'll take that back though, it's not Dempsey.

On Barlow, no. Not for us. I think our midfield stocks are fine, we need more options marking forward and he's not that player.
PAFC. Forever.

Adelaide have given the chop to Henderson and Grigg. Hopefully Grigg goes back to Norwood.

I think the Crows have a lot more to get excited about over Jackson Edwards than Jarman.

just my opinion.

Ben will be a late 3 round pick and a player who we can hopefully develop once he puts on some size etc. Has the skills and smarts of a footballer and you can't teach that.

Next year we will have to give up most likely an early pick to secure Jackson which i think we will be happy to do so.

From the vision I have seen of him, if his surname wasn't Jarman, I doubt he would be a 3rd rounder.

Footy smarts get him a lot of the pill at 18's level, but at the top flight, I think his lack of size and pace will work against him.

Seems very much like that's the view of the Crows too. Worth a punt with a late pick but I can't see them matching any pick in the first two rounds. My knowledge of the new system is rather poor, but Adelaide have a late pick worth only a few points, which might do it or else is there a possibility of him being their last pick?

They would have to use their last pick to upgrade O'Brien
