Toby Schultz is heading elsewhere to hunt the pill in 2017 and wont be playing with his former Div 1 Premiership team mates. I am told his destination will be Torrens Valley. If I had to guess he is probably just doing it to play with mates and won't be getting paid.

I heard he was more interested in dishing out the pill, amongst other things.

I see Callum Hays name on the clearance list to SNFC. I'm going to have a BathyBet and suggest that it will be denied. He got 14 games in that GF against ROCs which equates to a life ban. Am I missing something or are they completely wasting there time?
Would be a huge in if they do get him and probably one they need with the departure of Mike Ike who is off to stare elsewhere

This is old news. Has already been discussed some time back.
But yes, i think wed all be very surprised if the appeal was successful.

No worries, cant be bothered going back and reading over every thread in its entirety.
So fair to say its a case of the ole castle "Tell him hes dreaming"
If they roll over on a life ban for one it sets a pretty dangerous precedent

I believe he had to be re-instated on the community football (What ever it is) to be eligible to play in the state country carnival hence can play again.

There are a couple of precedents for this, one very successful, one not so muchl.

When Shaun Rae was de-registered, there was a well publicised fight to have him re-instated at the time. It was granted and he's been playing again since without incident. Although, many including myself would've argued that he never should've been wiped out at the time. Had never been previously reported and the kid would never deliberately hurt a fly.

Then there was the Creek (not Jason, and can't think which brother it was) wiped out after plenty of prior form. Was re-instated after a stint playing int he country and took all of about 6 weeks to be de-registered again.

Thought the ruling was 12x games = de-registration from the league.. you can reapply for registration after the period of suspension has passed.

16x games = life ban.

Life ban from Community Football is 15 Games. From C9AFL it's 12 games. He had a ban from the C9AFL but not Community Football.

Well I'm off to the boxing tonight in a lovely corporate box through work. I will make sure I get there to see the first fight on the schedule. 'Im sure all the Goodwood supporters out there will be praying that Tucky doesn't have a repeat of his last bout.

I'm sure the other 9 clubs in Div 1 will hope he has a big win and decides to focus on boxing full time.

Well the fight is done, and he's still standing.
Not only that, he won the fight in a unanimous points decision.

Definitely time to retire from footy and focus full time on boxing. I'm sure everyone else would agree
