Matty Wade produced a handy innings...That's why he should bat higher than The Big Show
Matty Wade is a star and deserves more respect from the forum family!

We'll see how good we are or could be tomorrow boys! Did like some of that carry from Hazlewood. Cummins would be chomping at the bit....

The bounce the wrist spinner had was a key factor.

MASSIVE CHOKE by Australia today.
To have 4 of the the top 6 batsmen fail miserably on the best batting pitch of the 4 Tests is simply unacceptable.
Maxwell was utterly clueless with his dismissal

Not sure on this one Double J. They say never judge a pitch until both teams have batted on it. 300 on the first day hardly sees us dead and buried.

I thought their new leggie bowled really well and Jadeja and Ashwin are all class.

I hold hope we can roll them today with maybe a 50-75 run lead and we bat out of our skins in the second dig.

If they are 2/275 at stumps then maybe your post is on the mark.

At any rate the 2nd day of the 4th test is must see viewing and may determine who ends up owning the AB-SG trophy

Pressure is a funny thing also. India have shown a weak underbelly this series and have had some cluster f@&$ type collapses. I'd love to see Patty C rip the guts out of their middle order with a venomous spell.

Pitch looks like it has some carry and seems like there is enough there if we bowl well enough. Even though he has barely cracked double digits the loss of Kholi I hope and pray will hurt the Swarmis.

Need to get 1 or 2 early though. That ball was swinging and carrying through shoulder height last night from Hazelwood. The altitude there has caused issues for batting teams in the past. If we don't get early wickets it will be tough.

Odds on from here this test is going to end in a result (usual outcome when one team's innings finishes on the 1st day).

We need to to roll them pronto and then bat like hell to get at least a 400 lead.

Fear India being 300 in front by the end of tomorrow.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Stage is set for Cummins to do a demolition job of their top order. Looking forward to an aggressive opening assault.

Hopefully we are batting again later today.

She's nice and interesting now, last two specialist bats at the crease. Knock one over and we could end up with a lead.
