If I may comment on comparing it to , No not against men's sport just the product is very poor and I for one would not waste my time watching .

Do you pay to watch women's cricket ?

Do I? No. Would I? Yes, I would. I'd pay to watch the Womens Ashes Test long before I'd pay to watch the BBL.

You don't need to be invited, just be prepared to be challenged if you choose to enter a forum and question the subjects validity. Fair? ( Yes, it is ;) )

My question regarding entry fee was not to yourself but the general public re paying to go to women's cricket.

BE PREPARED TO BE CHALLENGED ?? =)) 8-}

The play test cricket for Australia, of course they can wear it.

deffo serious question, there has only been 400 odd men to wear it since 1877 and i thought the women should forge their own identity, going by the poll i am in the minority ;)

I am not sure if your 400 men wearing the baggy green is correct. Did Australian players wear it from 1877 onwards? I thought it only came into fashion about the turn of the 20th century.

The other fact that most younger people don't realise is that every player who toured for Australia wore a baggy green cap. Players as recent as Wayne Holdsworth who went on an Ashes tour but never played a test wore a baggy green cap. Even more surprising to younger people is that the Australian second team that used to tour New Zealand whilst the test side was in South Africa used to wear baggy greens. K.G. Cunningham, as an example, definitely had a baggy green for his tour of New Zealand in 1967 as did Allan Frost from Kensington. KG often used to mention on his radio show that he had one.

I guess what I am saying is that it has not always been as sacrosanct as it is now.
