Left arm spud from Prossies?

Is he the one Chris Gayle hit for about five massive bombs at Etihad?

Speak of the devil.. he's on..

Just quietly, it sort of annoys me people who feel the need to have a run through before bowling - especially if you're playing higher than community 4th XI cricket.

Smith horribly chases a short wide one and knicks up. No footwork at all.

West now has 2/0 and SA 2/51

Great moment from Hookes' colourful career.
Bowler did his practice run alongside the pitch complete with a release of the ball towards the keeper who had also moved over from the pitch. Hookesy intercepted the ball by belting it out of the park.
BOWLER: "Hey that was just a friggen warm up!"
Hookesy: "Yep... figured if youre allowed a warm up bowl, I am allowed a warm-up hit"

Stumps day one
NSW v SA
SA 5/315
Cooper 87*
Carey 66*

I was wondering why Trent Copeland wasn't playing in this match and was with the channel 7 commentary team for the test match, I read that NSW have given him permission to pursue his media career, that helps SA alot.

Tasmania v Queensland
Tasmania 167
Wade 63
Steketee 3/35

Queenland 8/86, trial by 81
Labuschage 21
Pyecroft 5/18

Victoria v WA
Vic 3/311
Maddinson 159*
White 65*
