I'll add it's not a stimulant and doesn't give an energy boost, but enhances focus and clarity. No come downs, no withdrawals.

I've bought some caps give it a go, see how it is.

Pretty good price.. any thing else from bulk nutrients you recommend?

Highest quality protein powders you can buy.

Gaspari Myofusion hands best protein on the market. I don't know how you drink BN protein powders.

Would never trust anything BN made. They have a very very bad name in the industry, especially for quality control and using cheap crappy ingredients.

I think you have the wrong company. It was the Aussie company No Bull Supplements who was caught out for filling their whey with powdered milk, among other things.

BN have always used Aus/NZ whey, which is the best quality in the world.

Sorry, but you are mistaken. BN has a reputation the complete opposite of what you describe and they, besides using a high quality source of whey, refuse to use proprietary blends and have also supplied free reagent testing kits to determine quality of your WPI/WPC.

Just because they say they use "quality protein" doesn't mean they do. It's reputation might be "good" for those looking for cheap powders, but it's reputation in the industry is probably the worst any brand has.

So I've just had the realty check of getting on the scales I'm shocked! Quite a few people over the last few weeks have said wow you've but on weight, gee what have you been eating Etc Etc I didn't think anything of it but since my knee op about a month ago I've done no exercise what so ever but I didn't realise how much weight I'd put on. I'm currently around the 115 mark

So I'm effectively starting 'health kick' slash 'Diet' tomorrow. I've been cleared to run straight lines so I'm looking to get back to around the 90kg which is about right for my height of 186cm

I'm a shocker for Coke, Chocolate and Beer this isn't going to be easy!

Anyone have any suggestions for smokos and Lunch? I don't eat breakfast but have been told I should I've also brought a box of Optislim but have also been advised I should eat something with the shakes as well.

I haven't even started and it seems hard. But I have to do this.
you've gota keep on keep'n on .........

@carey

Start with cutting out the booze. Eating good lunches isn't gonna do much if you still sink skinfuls of beer.

Only the people that have been in the industry for many may years. The stores that BN have tried to get to sell their products but have been told were to go. Doesn't bother me if you agree or not.

This is how I know you don't know what you're talking about. Stores can't reject BN because BN have always refused to do contract manufacturing for anyone. This pissed off stores because BN are able to sell product at a wholesale price direct to the consumer.

Nuff said.

Mate, I had an ankle reconstruction about 6 weeks ago. Seriously thinking of not touching alcohol for the entire recovery period. Obviously I couldn't drink for medical reasons for a couple of weeks now seriously thinking going dry for the lot....
