Would that be because slacker customers like Booney take 5 day weekends? 8)

Exactly.

My drive in this morning, I got a clear run from Semaphore, through the Port (Dutch Coffee Lab stop) all the way to Regency Park. I reckon there was about 25% of the usual traffic.

Very bittersweet. Got a good run in, but that meant I was going to be "in". And it's slow as f**k because Booneys on holidays.

One good thing about T20 is that it makes the one day 50 over stuff look a bit more like the real thing...

True. I said a "bit more".

I find the bowling and fielding strategy, and sustained concentration required, more interesting than some swipe merchant lashing out at nearly every ball as if it is a baseball match.

Absolutely. A mug's game if you're a bowler. T20 might as well have one of those tennis machines firing balls at a batsman.

disagree, rashid and laughlin showed that tactics are definitely present in T20 bowling.

I do agree that the tactics are different to red ball bowling though, but thats not necessarily a bad thing in and of itself. Of course test cricket will always be the best form of the game, but all forms can coexist happily imo
