I agree kersbrook oval top shelf.
A few of the directors should be Lobbying local councils for funding to drain some of these so called Div 1 ovals.
And how about rewarding the winners of both GF with a cash bonus instead of having to pay for our medals.
I think they took in excess off 100k last ...

I am not sure there is a football team in the country at any level that spreads there money evenly.
I certainly wouldn't pay Trengove the same as I paid Wingard.

Morphettville Park u/18 defeated a combined Cove / Morphett Vale side today and with three less players on the team sheet. The twisties have copped a lot of flak over the years for its junior program. A portion of which has come from people from clubs who are not fielding a solo under 18's side ...

It might also be an idea for clubs who are struggling with junior numbers to come and have a look at how the likes of Reynella go about running their junior program. Playing with your mates does play a role, so does parents who have had a positive experience at a club talking to other parents.

Coach's game plan didn't hold up in juniors and wont in seniors, perhaps there are reasons for the huge amount of clubs he has been to in a small period of time
