Re: HFL Division 1 (Central)

Yes rotation policy has been implemented like most other leagues. I believe it is actually being hosted by Mount Lofty this year as going in alphabetical order beginning from Mount Barker last year. That’s what I have heard.

Let’s be honest, it should be hosted at the summit and done up properly ...

Re: BL&G Football League

Geez Commane would be nearing 40!

Maybe a hint of sarcasm in that one Lyndoch Oval is looking spectacular, who wouldn’t want to play country footy there

Now the Barossa Council just need to make sure to do the opposite of Mt Barker Council at the Summit sport park, an absolute tragedy for ...

Re: Grade Cricket

So proud of my lad today.

My lad plays U14's for a district club and we needed about 80 in the last 10 overs when he went in. Personally, I gave us no hope as I'd never seen more than 40 hit in the 10 overs in this grade. Anyway, he scored 38 off 27 to help guide his team to a victory. He hit the ...

Tony Clifton wrote:There shouldn't be finals in Div 2

Instead have "relegation/promotion" matches

Div 1 7th vs Div 2 2nd

Div 1 8th vs Div 2 1st

Winners play Div 1 the next year

Like those promotion matches they have at Wembley for the soccer

I like it. Great idea.

Re: Grade Cricket

Surely they get to play for a flag in finals
Isn’t that why we play

Minor premier automatic
The premier if it’s not the minor premier goes up
If the minor premier is in the gf then the other gf participant

The division 1 teams that finish last and second last don’t get another chance stay ...

Re: Grade Cricket

A couple of re-matches in the Quarter Finals coming up at Karen Rolton/Park 25 next Saturday. The semi-finals follow the quarters on the same day. Plenty of action to see who will play off in the Final at Adelaide Oval in early Feb. Good programming. It's become a great venue for cricket.

T20 ...

You would think so Bluedemon, makes perfect sense!!

All about better comp to help the Redbacks and they are fixated on that being no longer Kensy vs Southerns for instance

Re: The future of West Adelaide.

Good to see the same old boys club at West Lakes who've protected West through their continued salary cap infractions continue to look after them with the forthcoming AFL game between The Crowz and The Po'er.

Does the catering revenue get split between the other seven SANFL clubs?

For as long as ...

Not sure where you think the Facebook bashing will get you Moe, targeting the WYCCC Facebook admin isn't where you should take out your frustration in my opinion. People volunteering to admin the page and you're taking them to task. Good on you if you're enjoying it.

Port aka Grange were rolled by Trinity last year and then started year 0 - 5. Might be an omen for Crows.
