Scoreboard photo tradition to continue
Due to increased costs, rolls of camera film, developing film at chemist, converting from Portrait to Landscape, upgrading Mazda to Ferrari, I now have to charge to view the scoreboard images. It is now " Pay per pixel ". the more you pay, the more image of the scoreboard you see.

disappointing (to say the least) but didn't lose any sleep over it. Only the first round.

Is this one of the last seasons Norwood play before joining the AFL?

SANFL have poured $18 million into PA to keep them financial since joining the AFL. The SANFL won't be able to bail out 2 AFL clubs so who ever is the 3rd AFL club will be bankrupt in 3 years. South Australia doesn't have the population or economy for 3 AFL teams.

Unfortunately, I wasn't at Prospect so no Reserves photo.

On a positive, I saved $5. Didn't park on PA grass area due to the construction in that area.

Glad I didn't go. Cost too much money and an 8 hour drive each way is a pain.

Well, that prediction crumbled at the first hurdle.

This game will be on at the same time as South Korea v Morocco FIFA Women's World Cup match at the other Coopers Stadium.

Probably good that FIFA use the non-sponsored names for venues - could you imagine 10,000 South Korean/Moroccan fans getting the venues confused and rocking up to Norwood instead of Hindmarsh :D

I was in the corner Chicken takeaway shop before heading into the ground and I believe two people were told they were at the wrong Coopers stadium.

What's the rule for deliberate rushed now? North player kicked it through the Central goal about 40m out. Thought you basically had to be unnder pressure in the square.

That was as deliberate as it gets. He’s kicked it at the goal.

Luckily the karma bus rocked up immediately and we got the winning goal from the next turnover.

Couldn’t be a cheap exercise to fly an extra 22 players and support staff interstate every second weekend.

If all home games are afl curtain raisers could they would be operating at a loss playing him games in front of 1000 sanfl fans I imagine.


They will ask the SANFL for a non-repayable loan.

Wouldn’t be the first time……

I'll like to see PA pay back the $18m the SANFL poured into their club to keep them afloat.

Keeping the Bays goalless during the 3rd qtr helped.

Didn't go to Port Lincoln again this year so no local scoreboard image. However this is a long distance image of the scoreboard taken with a very long telephoto lens.
