Would the club approach Maca JK?

Wouldn't think mate. They'd have rocks in their head not to approach someone already familiar with the current system/structure

The same board who backflipped and allowed the Cows in?
Wouldn't count on them making a responsible decision on the coach

Noone need explain to me the bizarre ways Norwood boards past and present have operated.

I think what Nathan has done with Norwood has been first class. I expect him to be a long term successful coach.

They've got runs on the board in this department already, most of them were on the board when they chose to extend Trevor Hill's contract for another two years.

Basically they got lucky with Nathan, apart from that it's been a old school look after your families and mates kind of Board.

The less said about Joe's disgusting backflip on the Crows the better.

Go the Legs.

Norwood fans wouldn't let him back in the venue, I would think?!!

According to rumour, some RSL men really want to bankroll the new members facility at Coopers.
They're also Norwood members and are desperate to get Hilly back for Wednesday night target practice with 303's.
Sorry Topsy, the groundsmen say rifles only, no rocket launchers allowed.

The Gay Bays are basically now waiting for Norwood to decide so they can scoop up the Legs second choice!
At least they can amuse themselves with their new toy spoon while they wait :)

Anyone else see the irony that the clubs number 1 coaching candidate has been poached by the club that has only been admitted thanks to Honest Joe and his cronies backflip?
Guess you reap what you sow

Jarrad Cotton was definitely Number 1 choice. Heard he was the only choice.

Now they have to go back to the drawing board and start again. Are not very impressed.

Want a coach similar to Bassett, with same game plan, etc, may be bit harder now!

I remember when Eagles were looking for a coach after Fuller quit, Cotton's name was mentioned. He seems to be mentioned every year and "rated highly". Does he have his own marketing team? All it has amounted to is a "development" role at the Crows. I'm sure Norwood wouldn't lose any sleep over it. Any chance another Bassett will be the coach next year?
